Clear Windows - Terms & Conditions

By using our service you agree to our terms and conditions of business.

1.0 How often will we visit? - We offer the choice of every 4, 6, 8 week visits, or an ‘as required’ service.

1.1 Initial visit - For your first clean only there may be a small surcharge to cover the additional time required on the initial clean, this varies from property size and frequency of ongoing cleans. 

1.2 Bad weather - We offer an all year-round service, which will mean that from time to time we will clean your windows in inclement weather. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same.  If the weather is stormy (high winds or torrential rain) we will not clean your windows, this is primarily due to staff safety and welfare.

1.3 Turning us away - We will endeavour to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate you, the customer being reliable.  We will make time and space in our schedule for you.  If for any reason access is not available as normal, where possible and safe to do so, we will access the rear of your property using a ladder.

1.4 Complaints procedure - We will always try to provide you with the best quality service every time we clean your windows.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean.

1.5 Confidentiality - All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.

1.6 Payments - Customers are required to pay via cash, bank transfer at the time of your clean.

Regular cleaning customers are expected to pay within seven days.
